We’d rather be genuinely good at a short list than average at a long one. Whatever the surface, it gets the Full Seven, our seven-step system. The difference is the tool, the pressure and how much water the material can take.

Upholstery Deep Clean

The lounge you actually live on, back to one you'd sit on in good clothes.

Lounges, armchairs, dining chairs. Upholstery isn't carpet and doesn't get treated like it: lower pressure, a softer brush, a different tool entirely, and a test on a hidden section first so nothing watermarks. What surprises people is how much comes out of a lounge that gets vacuumed every week: body oils, sunscreen, hair, whatever the dog carried in off the yard. A vacuum can only ever sit on top of that. Extraction takes it out, which is why the fabric comes back soft instead of stiff.

Priced per seat, so a 2-seater and a 6-seater aren't pretending to be the same job.

Mattress Spring Clean

The one nobody thinks about, and the one that shocks people most.

You spend about a third of your life on it and it has never once been washed. Full dry vacuum first, then extraction through the top layer, and because a mattress can't be soaked the way a carpet can, it's a controlled pass with the moisture kept down, not a flood. It's back in service the same night. Then you see the water, which is usually the moment someone books the rest of the beds in the house.

Every size from a cot to a super king. Takes about twenty minutes a bed.

Carpet Deep Clean

Bedrooms, living areas, hallways and stairs. The Full Seven in every room.

Not a quick pass with a wand. Traffic lanes get worked twice because that's where the wear actually is, and stairs are treated as their own job with a hand tool, one tread at a time, because a big wand physically cannot reach into a stair nose. Priced by the room and told to you up front, so the number you hear is the number you pay.

First room $125, every room after $75. Two rooms clears our minimum on its own.

Rug Deep Clean

Cleaned in place, priced by size, tested before anything wet happens.

Wool, synthetic and shaggy. A rug is where getting it wrong shows worst. Colour bleed is permanent and it's almost always someone's nice thing, so the fibre and dye test isn't a formality here, it's the whole job. Shaggy and deep-pile take longer and we'll say so before we start rather than after.

Genuine wool, silk and oriental rugs we don't touch. Those need immersion cleaning by a specialist, and we'd rather send you to one than have a go.

Fabric Protection

Buys you time on the next spill.

Fabric lounges only. Not mattresses, not carpet, not rugs. It goes on straight after the clean while the fibres are still open, which is the only sensible time to do it and why it's worth adding on the day rather than booking a second visit for. Spills sit on top instead of soaking straight in, so you get a chance to blot it before it turns into something we have to come back for.

$25 a seat and the fourth seat is on us. It won't stop a spill that's left to sit, and it wears with use, so it needs redoing down the track.

A fixed price before we start. The honest verdict on what will and won’t come out, told to you up front rather than discovered later. A walk-through of every area before we pack up. And you pay after the clean, never before. If an area isn’t right, you don’t pay for it.
