Most of the work we do in Townsville is lounges. So here’s the whole price list for them, out loud, what actually happens on the day, and the promises every job carries. You pay after the clean, never before.
The prices
One number to know upfront: there’s a $199 visit minimum. A 3-seater clears it on its own. A lone 2-seater gets quoted at the minimum, so it’s worth adding a mattress or a rug while we’re there and coming out ahead of two call-outs.
So a 3-seater comes to $200 and a 4-seat L-shape $250. A recliner counts as a seat in a lounge, or $99 on its own. Two 2-seaters are two lounges, not a 4-seater, and we’ll say so before you book, not at the door.
$25 a seat and the fourth seat is on us. Fabric lounges only. It goes on straight after the clean while the fibres are open, spills sit on top instead of soaking straight in, and you get a chance to blot before it turns into something we have to come back for. It won’t stop a spill that’s left to sit, and it wears with use. Priced here so nothing gets sprung on the day.
On the day
A test on a hidden section first, so nothing watermarks. Then the honest verdict out loud: what should lift, what probably won't, and what we'd leave alone. You hear it before we start, not after.
Upholstery isn't carpet and doesn't get treated like it: lower pressure, a softer brush, a different tool entirely. What surprises people is how much comes out of a lounge that gets vacuumed every week: body oils, sunscreen, hair, whatever the dog carried in. A vacuum sits on top of that. Extraction takes it out, which is why the fabric comes back soft instead of stiff.
Touch-dry in 3 to 6 hours and fully dry inside 24, and we'll leave you simple drying instructions on the day. That's a promise you can check yourself the same afternoon.
